Steven Sanders, PT,
Owner graduated from Arkansas State University with a Bachelors in Science degree in Physical Therapy and holds a Bachelor of Science
degree in Exercise Science from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. After a long time vision of opening his own clinic, Steven realized
his dream in 2007 when he opened the door to Premiere Physical Therapy and Sports Rehab in Bentonville, Arkansas.
In alignment with Steven's original concept the clinic specializes in sports rehabilitation, corporate wellness, vestibular and balance, and workers' compensation. Premiere Physical Therapy has quickly grown to become a top choice for patients throughout the Bentonville area.
When Steven is not at the clinic he enjoys spending time with his wife and their three children.
Kacy Murray, DPT Holds a
Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Science from the University of Arkansas in Conway. Upon graduation from the
University of Central Arkansas, Kacy worked in a variety of outpatient clinical settings before finding home at Premiere Physical Therapy. Kacy has
extensive experience in neurological, pre and post natal care, and cardiac disease.
In her spare time, Kacy enjoys spending time with her husband Mike.
Steven Ko, PT, DPT, ATC
graduated from the University Of Central Arkansas in 2004 with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. His specialty areas include rehabilitation of
shoulder and knee injuries. Steven also serves as a volunteer physical therapist and certified athletic trainer for Bentonville High School
providing game day sports coverage and rehabilitation for the athletes.
When not at the clinic, Steven enjoys spending time with his future wife, Julie.

Lauren Cardwell,
Business Office Manager, joined Premiere Physical Therapy and Sports Rehab in in 2007. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in
Communication Disorders from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. She is our friendly front office person with great clinic experience and
a can-do attitude.
