Premiere Physical Therapy, an Affiliate of PT Partners is a trusted network of locally established physical therapy clinics serving communities across Arkansas with a shared commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care. Rooted in the communities they serve, these clinics are led by experienced, tenured therapists who have built lasting relationships with patients, physicians, schools, and local organizations over many years. Through collaboration across the network, Premiere Physical Therapy shares clinical expertise, operational resources, and best practices to better serve Arkansas communities while maintaining the personalized care and strong local connections each clinic is known for.
Established in 2007 in Bentonville, Arkansas by physical therapist Steven Sanders, Premiere Physical Therapy and Sports Rehab has grown into a trusted provider of rehabilitation services across Northwest Arkansas. What began as a single clinic built on personalized, patient-focused care has expanded to three locations serving the communities of Bentonville, Bella Vista, and Pea Ridge.

Over the years, Premiere Physical Therapy and Sports Rehab has earned a strong reputation for helping patients of all ages recover, move better, and return to the activities they love. While the clinics treat a wide variety of orthopedic and rehabilitation conditions, Premiere is also well known for its expertise in sports rehabilitation and cycling-related injuries, serving athletes throughout the region with specialized, performance-focused care.

Farrer Physical Therapy was founded in 2015 in Jacksonville, Arkansas, with a mission to provide compassionate, high-quality rehabilitation services to the community. Starting with just four employees, the practice quickly became known for personalized care and strong patient relationships. In 2017, Farrer Physical Therapy expanded with a second clinic in Cabot to better serve the growing needs of Central Arkansas.

Today, Farrer Physical Therapy has grown to a team of 13 dedicated employees and offers experienced, patient-centered care from physical therapists with up to 40 years of clinical experience. The clinic is proud to provide individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs, including specialized hands-on manual therapy techniques designed to improve mobility, decrease pain, and restore function. By combining clinical expertise, advanced manual therapy skills, and compassionate care, Farrer Physical Therapy remains committed to helping patients return to the activities they love while maintaining the hometown values on which it was founded.
